Taking a Break From Break-Neck
The fact is, I need a break. My class is over, so I'm not sure if anyone's even reading this (maybe someday I'll be famous, and people will read this retroactively; if that happens, the first person to post this bit on their social media page gets a repost and a follow).
I'm sure I'll be back to this blog eventually, but my brain works best when it's honed in on only one project, and for now, I need to hone in on my novel. That said, I feel that any secret fans of this blog deserve a warning: I'm putting ashes on The Fireplace for the night.
See you in the morning.
(That sounds ominous.) (I'll add a smiley face.)
See you in the morning. :)
(Nope, still ominous.)
'Night.

People are still reading :)
ReplyDeleteAh, I never saw this post. While it may be a bit moot now (seeing as you've now finished a major story and all), I do just want to say that there is nothing more valid then taking a break. Avoiding burnout whenever possible is critical, and don't feel like you need to tackle everything on your plate at once! You can always store some of it away for later if it gets to be too much, Y'know?
